Smeared & Smudged Blog Hop & The AiFactory Challenge

It's that time again for the Smeared & Smudged member blog hop and this weeks AiFactory Challenge!

For the blog hop we we had a challenge to use the colors of green and brown.  Not usually a color combo I would choose, I guess that's why it's a challenge :)  I'll be doing a tutorial on the flower soon!

At AiFactory the design team is using a beautiful digital image from the AiFactory store.  She started out black and white and I digitally changed her to the colors I wanted.  That's what is so great about digi's, you can do what you want!

Here's the list for the blog hop:

Strange Ink has also offered the two digis below for one
winner of this blog hop!!!  All you have to do to qualify is leave
a comment on each  participants blog...

Make sure to stop by AiFactory & enter your card or project in this weeks challenge too!

  2. I've just recently started working with digis and I don't know why, but I never thought to change the color on them. What an awesome effect it creates! Your image is beautiful and I'm loving the paper flower. Awesome job!

  3. I too have never changed the colours on digis, always just printed them out and coloured them with Promarkers.

Love what you did with this card, she looks very serene.

  8. Beautiful card! I've yet to work with digis, but now that I know you can change the color I'm more open to it, cause that is way cool. I can't wait for your flower tutorial, that was exactly the look I was trying to achieve the other day, had the scallop punch and even punched out of text pages like you, but mine looked nothing like that!
